Now that 2013 is fully upon us, it's time to take a look at the future and figure out how this year can be the best one yet! Here are a couple of our favorite ways to make your New Year's resolutions a reality.

Get moving

Being healthy and active is important. Join a sport at your school or a local club team in your community. Not only will you make new friends, but you’ll also get in shape while having fun.

Be awesome

Random acts of kindness and serving your community is a great way to feel good about yourself. So get out there, volunteer and lend a hand when needed.

Discover a hobby

Whether it’s dancing, cooking or playing the guitar, this is the year to learn something new. A new hobby is a great way to feel accomplished and proud of yourself. So find something that you’ve wanted to do, and get learning!

Study Harder

Get your grades up in 2013 and set yourself up for a better future. Putting in just a little extra effort can make a huge difference.

Get more ZZZ’s

Sleep plays a huge part in your health, so make it a priority this new year. Try reading a book before bed instead of watching TV. Also, start going to bed about 30 minutes earlier than normal. This way, you will have plenty of time to fall asleep and get the amount you need to be healthy and alert.
