When i saw this girl i fell in love with her.After i talk to a girl which is friend with her and she told me that this girl has a boyfriend.After that she starts to stare me with freeze-look as she walks near to me for a sec and then looks down,maybe she had known from the girl that i talked her, that i like her.Also once time when i turn my eyes to her she already staring at me with freeze and blank look.She has a boyfriend for over 3 years.From the last year they have a long distance relationship by reason of studies.When i saw her in the university in break,the most of time is talking with a phone maybe with her bf.I'm fell in love with her and i don't know what to do.We don't have talked each other.Why she did that, while she has a bf?

you're in kind of a tough situation here. talking to a friend of hers was probably a bad move, because now she knows you like her.
i would have gotten to know her and then made a move. who knows, maybe you can still do this and she'll leave her bf? either way, you have to find some way to get over the fact that she knows you like her because she won't be friends with you if she knows that.

i think you need to back off for a while. if you're that guy who likes her and stares at her even though she has a bf, that isn't getting you anywhere.
just chill out, relax, and stop talking about her/looking at her. if she starts to notice you aren't paying attention to her anymore, maybe she'll think you stopped liking her. then she will stop giving you icy looks and maybe you can get to know her.

Listen man i was in the same situation and i asked her out. she stared at me and then looked away as if she was flirting. those are the best kinds to get they love you long time. I recently had to break up with her cuz i found another girl but i still had feelings for her. So my advise is to go for it... You wont regret it. just go talk to her and say listen (not in this terminology) I really like you and you should leave that guy. at least Im here. I really like you and want you to like me back. Then see what she says
