From a girl's perspective, I would definitely say that this girl likes you. Those are all telltale signs. Instead of waiting for more signs, you should just go for it. Next time you're with her, be open and honest and let her know that you like her back (if that's the case). Then go on a date already.

Well me being a girl and all, i'm thinking she probably just flirting to make you think she likes you but to be sure 1 day to ask her if she has deep feelings for you. I say this cause i do what she does 2 you 2 other boys just to tease them.
Sounds like she really likes you and could be waiting for you to make the first move or maybe shes just a big flirt. Act as though you like her to and see what happens.
