Is it easy to play sports (non-varsity, not for the team, just intramural) and run a club (extra-curricular activity) in a community college or university?

Absolutely! An array of extra curricular activities is available at most colleges and universities, and typically you can find more information about this on your school's website. Also, you can talk to someone at your student union or any administration staff and they should be able to point you in the right direction.
