Do you mean the SAT or the ACT? Both tests will have quadratic equations on them. When you work with quadratic equations, always see if you can factor them before using the quadratic equation. Remember the FOIL (First, Outer, Inner, Last) method; it will help you create quadratic equations as well as factor them.
