if i apply college and i play golf, does it gave me an advantage that i go to a golf school? ( i am not particularly good at the sport)

No. If you are planning to play golf in college, they will want a demo video and some scores and if you're not that good, it doesn't help. If you're not planning to play golf in college, I'm not sure it helps that much either.
Good luck!

At a golf school, you have to be really, really good at golf to get on the team. The only reason it would boost your application is if you're good enough to get on their golf team. Since you said you're not very good, it's probably not going to work out for you to try and get on their golf team.
Like Henry said, they also expect demo materials and other recruiting materials.
However, the fact that you played golf during high school will look good on an application to a school that isn't well known for golf. They may be excited that you're into the activity, or by the dedication you show to the activity, or maybe even excited to get you on their golf team. Look around at schools that aren't well known for golf.
