I always get so nervous for these tests! Anyone have any advice on how I can calm my nerves? I feel that that these nerves have a bad impact on my test scores!

I have that problem too! Here are a few things that I feel help me out when I get stressed or nervous:
1) studying; because when I feel more prepared I get more confident in my abilities...
2) sleeping, I think a good nights sleep always calms me before a test.
3) classical music! As weird as this is, I will only listen to classical music before a test. I think any music will work, but this genre especially helps me calm down.
4) if I can't do a question; I try to quickly skip it and not let it bother me too much. If I do well on the rest of the test, I can feel confident in my work.
5) keep focused! Don't look around you, don't worry about how others are doing, just concentrate on your own test! This will take away any pressure you feel from competition...
