just curious about what the other people who use this site are like. is anyone else really into music? I play in a band with some friends. were not really serious but its fun to just hang out and try out stuff we write. mostly just rock riffs and fun rhythm stuff. anyone else In a band?

I'm a HS freshman at Mira Loma in CA. It's nice to meet you Drew. I don't perform in a band but I do know how to play a guitar. My brother taught me. He's like a musical genius. He can play the guitar, the piano, the bass. He's talented.

I'm a big fan of indie rock. I also like some mainstream stuff too. Fallout boy, death cab, atb are my faves. You should check last.fm if you haven't already, it's great for picking up new artists and songs.
A lot of my friends put up pages on myspace to promote their band. You can use it to post your songs, music videos, anything related to your sound.
