There isn't cap on how many you can take, but on any one given test day you can only take up to three subject tests. Also, the SAT I and the SAT II are offered on the same test days so remember that when you're scheduling when to take each.

I don't think there is a limit...but I wouldn't take them too many times because it looks bad to colleges
