I took the March SAT, received my scores, and was unsatisfied. I plan to take it again either in June or October. I can't decide which is better. Should I try to take it for the second, and presumably last, time in June, even though I have APs and finals coming up? Or, should I wait, study over the summer, and take it again in the fall?

It's up to you. If you think you can handle a June exam with everything else going on, then go for it. Hopefully, if you end up with a satisfactory score, then you can enjoy the summer without obligations. On the flipside, if you have doubts about being able to do well on the June exam, go for the October one. The more study time, the better - but only if you use it! Make sure, if you go for October, that you take advantage of the extra 3 months to study.
