Is cramming a good idea?
I've been preping for the SAT for almost a year, and does anyone know/have you tried cramming for big exams right up to the test or should I take a couple weeks off right before the exam so I don't burn out.

For me if there is things I know I have been having trouble with, I study them right before the test, and write it down as soon as the test starts so I can look back to it when I need it and that really helps.

I don't think that it's ever a good idea to cram no matter how long you have been studying. I think that the most effective way to prepare for any exam is to study consistently in small doses for a long period of time. Thank always works for me :)
