My EFC is pretty high, but I have 4 siblings, 3 of which be heading to college in 3 and 4 years. I have a part time job, making a little over minimum wage, and i still have to buy myself a car, and I don't expect many scholarships. Besides loans, what should i do to get more money for college?

If loans and financial aid are out of the question, then scholarships are pretty much the only remaining option. Don't give up on scholarships so easily. There are tons out there to apply for. Applying for scholarships can sometimes feel like buying lottery tickets, but keep yourself motivated by understanding that the larger the net you cast, the greater your chances are of landing some free money for college. Here are some great sites to check out:

Also, look out for local scholarships in your area. Many companies and organizations will only grant scholarships to people that fall under a specifc metric (e.g. "Goes to XYZ High School", "Plays the Trumpet", "Works Part-Time while Schooling", etc...), so try to look out for those to increase your chances of winning.

Back in high school, I started my own business to make side money. Eventually, I made enough to significantly lower my college tuition costs. That said, why don't you try to start a business of some sort. You don't have to start the next Microsoft, but you could start a lawn care business, a babysitting service, a tutoring workshop, etc. You may make more money than your min wage job, have more time over the summer to focus on scholarships, and spend your final summer before college with more free time before embarking on the next 4 years of your life. It's worth a shot. :)
