Don't tell my rents, but I know a thing or two about tats. I'd say the pain subsides after about a week. If there's too much redness or swelling, apply ice and some lotion with aloe. If any further complications, consider visiting a doctor to get some consultation. I'm curious, what design did you get? And how many do you have? Was it your first?
I'll be honest. I don't know a thing about tattoos. I'll have to let someone else take this one.
