The SAT takes 3 hours and 45 minutes itself. Please keep in mind that there are also breaks and times set aside for reading instructions that make the total time of the test much longer. You should expect to arrive at your testing center by 7:45 A.M. and should expect to leave by 1 P.M. unless you have been given extended time.
