Should I be worried or just study and hope for the best? Do you really have enough time to answer all the questions? What if you blank out once you see the test?

That's a lot of questions. :) I'll take them one at a time. The SAT I seems hard at first but, with help, can be a study-able exam. You should think about using test prep to help you raise your scores. Yes, you do have enough time to answer all the questions. With practice, you'll figure out the optimal speed to spend an adequate amount of time per question. If you faint upon seeing the exam, then I think you have bigger worries -- i.e. health issues -- to worry about than the exam itself. :) Seriously though, with practice and help, you can build your confidence leading up to the exam.
