Keep your head up bud! Unfortunately it's hard to change how others act. However, you can make sure that others' actions do not affect yours. You shouldn't have to worry about these kinds of things as a high schooler. I second Jae's advice for you to reach out to someone to get some help with the matter.

Hey DTibbs, I'm sorry to hear about people being mean to you. I hope it's not from this board. From my experience over the last few months, I feel the people on this board are pretty receptive to new people. If you're having problems with mean people at school, that's another situation. In that case, I would suggest speaking to a counselor or a teacher to help to resolve the issues. You shouldn't have to worry about these things when it comes to school. School should be an environment where your only concern is academics. Good luck to you!
