Last month, I boiled my decision to two top ranking schools. One school was more prestigious, but, given the quality of the students there, it likely would have resulted in a lower GPA for me. The other school was not so prestigious, but I have to believe that I would end up with a higher GPA. I decided to go with the former. Did any of guys make a similar decision?

Was in a similar boat. Went with lower ranking school where I'd likely get higher GPA. I think this decision is less about the college and more about yourself. Do you value [and plan to take advantage of] the resources that you'll be getting out of your college ("Prestige" choice) or what you can bring to the table ("Higher GPA") more? Does that make sense?
