For one, don't panic too much. Nerves CAN get the best of you on the test. Take confidence in the fact that you've been prepping for a while now. A lot of students don't even prep at all. I would also try to read something tomorrow morning to get your brain going. You don't want the SAT to be the first time you read or write that morning.
First of all make sure you get plenty of rest and eat a healthy, well balanced breakfast.
In terms of studying, just make sure you study the areas in which you lack strength.
if you have a prep book look in the back and take a look at the chapter summaries. That should help you prepare key concepts and ideas.
P.S. don't forget to take at least 3-4 pencils and a calculator :)
Good Luck

I've got a link to some helpful last-minute tips: SAT Tips.
I would also add, on top of the other great tips, that you should bring snacks to the testing center with you. Carrot sticks, fruit, a bottle of water--these are all really good ideas to help you stay fresh and give you an extra momentum boost during the testing breaks.
