Help for everyone vs. help to select few in need
I'm curious about what people think on this issue. With growing endowments across all the top colleges, there are a lot of financial decisions to be made, with regards to tuition and scholarships. If a university was willing, would you rather have every student's tuition slashed by a tiny amount or full-tuition scholarships granted to a select few?

I think it's good to help those that are most needy but to make it free for everyone whose parents make under $100,000? That's a lot of money in most places. I'd rather they just help those that are actually poor and then cut the cost for everyone else across the board.
