how can we tell? correct me if i'm wrong, but this section doesn't count for points, right? why are we doing it then?

1) You can't tell where it is, otherwise no student would take this section seriously.

2) It doesn't count for points.

3) The Collegeboard uses the experimental section to test possible future questions. They use students' performance on these parts to judge question difficulty.
