seems to me that if you're asking us our opinion, you've already decided no. You just want someone to agree with you or change your mind.

that is a question you have to answer yourself. it sounds like this boy likes you, so you just have to decide whether you like him. did you like going out with him in the 6th grade? if you did, then why not go out with him again? if you didn' t like it, then don't. It's pretty simple.
