Reporting AP scores to colleges is your choice. You actually have to pay to send official score reports. However, most colleges will ask for this information and you can give it. Or, at the very list, some high school transcripts report which AP tests you took, which gives a little info to your prospective colleges. My take is that you should submit if you get 3 or higher on the majority of your exams. Good scores can get you college credit.
