The dates for the SAT are the same everywhere, they aren't state-specific. Here's the link to all the scheduled dates for 2008-2009:

It also has registration deadlines, so that's helpful.

The testing dates for the rest of this year are 10/4, 9/1, 12/6

I think grasstanes meant 11/1 instead of 9/1, because there is definitely not a testing date in the next week.
