Is the average 5 point gain for the ACT from the gold package or the platinum? Or is of both of them?

Even though I got a 100% on my prepme quiz on fractions it still says that I'm not proficient in fractions why? It has done what with other topics too.

I got in this year to this really sweet magnet school. But it's pretty far away from my house and it's not in a very safe area. Will it help me get into college?
