during the school year

My parents said they would pay for me to live in an apartment freshman year if i dont want to live in the dorms should i do it?

I'm worried that I will be homesick if I go too far away from home for school but I dont want to be too close and my parents bug my what should i do?

I really have no clue what I want to do for a job when I graduate, I would like to get a degree in something that makes it really easy to get a job, what are the best majors for that?
