The primary goal of a reputable test preparation course is to raise your score. We guarantee that your score will go up based on a real-pre-test (if none is available, we will use your diagnostic) to the actual post-course ACT, PSAT, or SAT exam. That means that we guarantee that your ACT, PSAT, or SAT score will go up if you complete our course. If we are unable to help you raise your score, we will work with you again, free of charge, for up to three months after you take your ACT, PSAT, or SAT or you can request a full refund. The guarantee is based on the student's first available ACT, PSAT, or SAT score, whether that is from an official test or a PrepMe diagnostic test.

This guarantee applies for all PrepMe Gold and Platinum courses. For the guarantee to apply, students taking the online course must complete assigned lessons, quizzes, and tests including practice essays. We cannot guarantee to raise a student's score if they do not complete the required course materials, quizzes, and practice tests. Also, students must take the ACT, PSAT, or SAT immediately following the completion of their course and must claim their free course access or refund, if they are eligible through the guarantee, within 30 days of the test date.

Our money-back guarantee applies to students who start below the following scores:
ACT Composite: 33 or lower
PSAT Composite: 222 or lower
SAT Composite: 2220 or lower

While we regularly help students with scores higher than those listed above, it becomes harder to guarantee a score increase. However, if these students complete the course without achieving a score improvement, we are more than happy to work with them for an additional three months at no extra cost.

Our course helps students the most when they complete it and therefore, to be eligible for the guarantee, students must complete the entire course, all assignments, all required practice exams, and take the test immediately following the completion of the course. If your score has not improved by the promised amount and you present us with an official score report, customer records, and signed letter, we will allow you to repeat our course again for free for up to 90 days OR obtain a full refund of your course fees.

Please note that the money-back refund portion of this guarantee only applies to students who first enrolled in our course starting on 1/1/2008 or later.

How do I claim my guarantee?

1. Please make sure that you have completed your entire course
2. Please make sure that you took the ACT, PSAT, or SAT immediately following the completion of your program
3. Send an email to PrepMe Support with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:
   • Your username
   • Your pre-PrepMe test score
   • Your post-PrepMe test score
4. If you are eligible for a refund, we will then follow-up with a request for an official score report to verify your scores. Please include the mailing address to which you would like the refund mailed.
5. Within 2 weeks of confirming your scores, usage, and eligibility, we will send you a refund to the address provided to us.

Refund and Exchange Policy

In order to prevent fraud, If you have logged in and used any course materials (lessons, quizzes, reports, schedule, tests, or tutoring) we CANNOT OFFER A REFUND OTHER THAN THE SCORE INCREASE BASED REFUND MENTIONED ABOVE.

If you have not used any course materials as detailed above, you may receive a refund if you request one within 72 hours of your enrollment. For course purchases where a refund is requested within 24 hours of the order, we will refund the purchase amount in full minus any book orders that have already shipped. If we can cancel your book order prior to its shipment, you will receive a refund in full. For course purchases where a refund is requested within 72 hours of the order, you may request a refund where we will refund your purchase amount minus a $40 restocking fee for books. If you would like to exchange your course for a course of equal or lesser value, you may do so for free if you have not logged in and used any course materials as detailed above and as long as you request the exchange within 72 hours of your original order.
